For the Tedeschi Trucks Band's new album I Am the Moon, bandleaders Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi led their roots-music collective to re-examine the source poem for the classic Derek and the Dominos Layla album, and that album itself, to create an ambitious new four-part opus that tells Layla's side of the story.
